Postal methods

• Australia - Regular, Registered and Express Post.

• International - Air Mail.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges can be checked at anytime during the ordering process.  You don't need to be signed into your account to do this.

A green "Display Shipping Cost" button is located in the shopping cart.  You will see this "button" each time you add an item to your cart.  By clicking this "button" you are provided with the delivery cost for what is in your shopping cart at that time.

Dispatch Times

Tuesday

Products out of stock and ordered on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Tuesdays.

Friday

Products out of stock and ordered on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are dispatched on Fridays.

24 Hour

Products in stock are dispatched within 24 hours.

Stock availability

All items displayed on our website are available.

The products on our website are a mix of stock held, stock not held and stock on order with our suppliers.  Our website is updated on a regular basis to reflect accurately what is available.

We receive stock from our suppliers twice a week, earlier in the week and later in the week to cover our clients orders in a timely manner.

Order confirmations

After your order is placed on our website, we send a confirmation E-Mail to you which includes details of your order.

Order status

We advise you if there are any delays or stock issues with your order.

Order dispatch

When we dispatch your order, we E-Mail you to let you know it's safely on it's way.

Address changes

You need to advise us in writing at orders@energized4life.com.au of any address changes.

Parcel insurance

Registered Parcels are insured.  Letters and Regular Parcels are not insured against loss and damage.  From our experience it's very rare for Australia Post to loose a letter or Parcel.

Post Office boxes

We send to post office boxes in Australia, International location orders must go to a physical address.

Nobody at address to receive parcel

If you are not at home or your business premises are unoccupied when Australia Post attempts delivery, you will receive a calling card advising of attempted delivery.  Australia Post will then keep your parcel at your nearest Post Office until you can pick it up.
